Welcome to Bowling Concepts. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the https://www.bowlingconcepts.com/ website (the "Site") and the purchase of any custom or standard apparel, products, or services offered by Bowling Concepts ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

1. Custom Order Approvals & Modifications

Because we operate an active, in-house production floor, order accuracy and speed rely on our digital proofing process.

• Final Approval: Prior to producing custom apparel, our design team provides a 3D digital mockup for your review. By authorizing and approving this digital proof, you confirm that all spelling, colors, layout, and sizing choices are accurate and final.
• No Modifications: Upon your approval of the digital mockup, your order immediately enters the manufacturing queue. Once in production, custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
• The "Pixel-to-Stitch" Guarantee: We guarantee the physical product will match your approved digital mockup. If a manufacturing error causes the final garment to deviate from your approved proof, we will remake the item at no cost to you. We are not liable for typographical errors, sizing mistakes, or design flaws that were present and approved by you on the digital proof.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policies are strictly determined by the nature of the product ordered:

• Custom Apparel: Due to the personalized nature of decorated garments, all sales on custom items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors on custom pieces. We highly encourage utilizing our blank sample program prior to outfitting large leagues.
• Standard/Blank Apparel: We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all blank, un-decorated standard apparel, provided the items are returned in unwashed, unworn, and original condition. Return shipping costs for blank items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Bowling Concepts error.

3. Delivery & Lead Times

While we pride ourselves on being the fastest in the industry, all stated production lead times and rush delivery guarantees are strictly contingent upon the prompt approval of your digital proof. Delays in providing approval or submitting payment may result in the adjustment of your guaranteed delivery date. Bowling Concepts is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Intellectual Property & Customer Uploads

We respect intellectual property rights and require our customers to do the same.

• Your Artwork: By submitting, uploading, or authorizing the use of any logo, artwork, text, or design ("Customer Content") for customization, you warrant and represent that you are the sole legal owner of such content, or that you have obtained the express, legal written permission from the copyright or trademark owner to use it.
• Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bowling Concepts, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or intellectual property provided by you.
• Our Rights: We reserve the right to refuse to print or decorate any material that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be illegal, highly offensive, or a blatant infringement of a known trademark.

5. Site Content & Trademarks

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and fabric technologies (including but not limited to VibeRetro™, AeroWeave™, ParadiseBreeze™, and WorkRetro™) is the property of Bowling Concepts and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not extract, reproduce, or utilize our proprietary content without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bowling Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Bowling Concepts for all claims relating to a specific order or service exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Bowling Concepts for that specific order.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in York County, Pennsylvania, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
