Strike 1: The Pixel-to-Stitch Match
We guarantee the custom gear you receive will be a flawless, 1-to-1 match of the 3D digital mockup you approved. If our decoration deviates from your approved proof, we will remake it on the house.
*Protection Policy: Because we build exactly what you approve, spelling and layout verifications on the digital proof are the final responsibility of the customer prior to production.
Strike 2: On-Time for the Lanes
No minimums. Fastest turnaround. Standard custom production takes 7–14 business days, but if you select optional Rush Delivery for your event, we guarantee it will arrive on schedule or your expedited fees are fully refunded.
*Protection Policy: Lead times and delivery guarantees are strictly contingent upon the customer approving the final digital proof promptly. Delays in your proof approval will adjust the guaranteed delivery date.
Strike 3: Zero-Risk Sizing (For Teams)
Nervous about outfitting a massive league? Order a blank sample shirt to test the fit in person. When you place your final custom bulk order, we will credit the cost of that blank sample directly back to your invoice.
*Protection Policy: Due to their personalized nature, finalized custom gear cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing errors. We highly encourage utilizing the sample program or our "Favorite Shirt Hack."

Shipping & Delivery Information +
We offer nationwide shipping across the United States. To ensure full clarity on when your items will arrive, overall delivery time is determined by Manufacturing/Handling Time + Transit Time:
- Blank / Un-Decorated Apparel: Ships in 1–2 business days + 3–5 business days transit time (Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days).
- Custom Decorated Apparel (Standard): Standard production takes 7–14 business days + 3–5 business days transit time (Estimated delivery: 10–19 business days from proof approval).
- Rush Production (Optional Add-On): Need your custom order faster? Choose optional Rush Production during layout to reduce manufacturing handling time down to 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (Optional Add-On): Faster transit options (1–2 business days via Express delivery) can be selected at checkout.
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Please note that manufacturing lead times begin after final 3D digital proof approval.
Returns & Exchanges Policy +
Custom Apparel: Because custom decorated garments are built specifically for your team and approved via digital proof, they are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors once a custom order is in production (which is why we highly recommend ordering a blank sample first).
Blank/Standard Apparel: We gladly offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy on all blank, un-decorated standard apparel items, provided they are returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Order Modifications & Cancellations +
Our production floor moves fast. Once your 3D digital mockup is approved by you, your order immediately enters production. After approval, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. By placing a custom order, you agree to our official Terms & Conditions regarding digital proof approvals and manufacturing.
Garment Care Instructions +
To protect the longevity of your custom embroidery, DTF prints, and high-performance sublimated inks, we strongly recommend washing all gear inside-out on a cold cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron directly over prints.
Accepted Payment Methods +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as secure checkout via PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed. For school or corporate billing, please refer to our Purchase Order policy.
