How do I start my custom design? +
It’s a collaborative process! Simply browse our 200+ retro styles, then launch an Interactive Design Session by emailing susan@bowlingconcepts.com. Send your logos, colors, or just a rough idea. Susan acts as your live design interface, providing a professional 3D mock-up within hours.
Are these shirts really made in the USA? +
Yes. Every single shirt is cut, sewn, and decorated at our facility in Pennsylvania. We’ve been proudly manufacturing in the USA since 1999. This means premium quality, no tariffs, and faster shipping for your team.
What fabrics and customization options are available? +
We specialize in VibeRetro Poly, a midweight fabric that offers a soft "modern-vintage" feel with colors that won't fade. Our customization "tool kit" includes premium embroidery, silk-screen printing, and full sublimation. We can add player names, sponsor logos, or custom graphics anywhere on the shirt.
Is there a minimum order for custom team shirts? +
No minimums. Whether you need one shirt for yourself or 500 for a corporate event, we provide the same high level of design service. We store your designs in our database, making it easy for future teammates to order the exact same look later.
How fast will I get my order? +
Because we manufacture locally, our turnaround is industry-leading. Most custom orders ship within one to two weeks after design approval. Need them for a tournament next weekend? Just let Susan know—we offer expedited production to meet your deadline.
Do you offer Women’s, Kids, and Big & Tall sizes? +
Absolutely. We offer true-to-size women’s cuts, toddler/youth sizes, and an extensive Big & Tall line (ranging from XLT up to 4X Big). Check the size chart on each product page for chest measurements to ensure the perfect team fit.
