Our production floor moves fast. Once your 3D digital mockup is approved by you, your order immediately enters production. After approval, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. To protect the longevity of your custom embroidery, DTF prints, and high-performance sublimated inks, we strongly recommend washing all gear inside-out on a cold cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron directly over prints.
