Monogramming / Embroidery
Our website is designed to allow
you the shopper to easily customize a shirt and other items. All the designs shown
on the shirts are embroidered unless otherwise noted and come as part of the retail price shown. Names and
designs are optional and prices are shown with each item. All the customization is
high stitch count professional embroidery.

your name and contact number and we will promptly send you pricing.
If you have your own design, we would be happy to convert the design into stitching and stitch it on a shirt.

Sizing Help - How to measure
Information & Steps
We have tried to provide as much information as possible to help you select the correct size. Two size charts are provided, click on view size charts, next to select size. The first size chart is the persons actual body measurements and the second chart is the measurement of the actual shirt.
Using the Actual Shirt Measurement Size Chart (Strongly Recommended)
Method One (Measure an existing shirt that fits you well)
Step 1: Lay the buttoned shirt flat on a flat surface. Measure the across the chest 1" below the armhole. Double the measurement
to account for both the front AND back.
Step 2: Find the closest measurement on the actual garment sizing chart found on each shirt page. This would be the bottom chart. Do the same for sleeve and length if necessary.
Using the Person's Body Measurement Size Chart
Method Two
Step 1: If you do not already know your chest measurement, measure
the fullest part of your chest. Typically 1" below the arm.
Step 2: Find the closest measurement on the actual body sizing chart found on each shirt page. If you want extra room, buy up a size.
We do not recommend the clients size down from what they would "normally" purchase.
Special Order Colors If you are looking for a special order color, you will be happy to know theses colors are the same price and same time frame as standard order colors. Special order colors are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping
& Delivery Information
We are proud of offer FREE standard shipping. That’s why we use the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground for all of our standard shipping.
We realize that often you need items in a hurry for an upcoming occasion, so we are pleased to offer you the option of One(1) and Two(2)Business Day or Standard Shipping. The costs for these options vary, and they are NOT included in our free shipping promotion that we're offering. One(1) and Two(2) Business Day shipping is shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Bowling Concepts LLC reserves the right to select the delivery carrier.
With FREE Standard Shipping, please allow 8-10 business days for delivery for non-personalized and 10-12 business days for personalized shirts. If you require the items sooner, please select Standard, One(1) or Two(2) Day Shipping Method at CheckOut.
With Express Shipping Methods, please note that weekends, holidays
and the day that the product ships do not count as transit time. In addition, we will need a little extra time to do shirts with embroidered logo and/or monogramming, please allow 5-7 business days for these shirts to get hand-made extra special for you before shipment.
If shipment arrival date is critical, we will make every effort
to meet on or before specific date request, please note the date in the comments box at the end of checkout. If we have concerns about the arrival date, we will contact you immediately.

International Shipping
We are not processing international orders at this time, including Canada.
Minimum Order
Bowling Concepts LLC does not have a minimum order amount. You
can order a single shirt or 10,000 and we will still fill the
order.
Phone Orders
Bowling Concepts LLC will be glad to take your order by phone. We ask that you provide
an e-mail address if possible for an order confirmation. When you receive your order confirmation
it is your responsibility to review the order for accuracy. Please notify customer service immediately if
changes are required. Bowling Concepts LLC will by happy to work with the clients on matching previous orders or team members orders, but can not be held responsible for exact matches of shirts and/or embroidery for orders placed a different times or by different clients.
No Hassle Returns, Plus Exchanges
We've been in the business since 1999, and we understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. That's why your satisfaction is our guarantee.
If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the merchandise. We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made items. Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Cleaning fees will apply to apparel, if necessary.
What else do you need to know?
1. To make your return or exchange go smoothly, please email customerservice@bowlingconcepts.com us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN), if it is easier feel free to call customer service at 1(877) 295-7848.
2. In the email, include the name that's on the order or the order number. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or return.
3. Customer Service will promptly email you the RMA and easy additional instructions on sending your item back.

4. After we receive your returned merchandise, we will either expeditiously refund the appropriate item's purchase price less shipping or we will ship your exchange.
5. We will gladly do exchanges at NO charge within 30 days of receipt of item.
6. Calculating Your Refund:
--Returns of 1-2 items after 15 days of receipt of item: 90% of item's price.
--Returns of 1-2 items after 20 days of receipt of item: 80% of the item's price.
--Returns of 3 items within any 60 day period: 90% of items' price.
--Returns of 4 or more items within any 60 day period: 80% of items price.
--Returns without RMA or sent to incorrect warehouse: 80% of item's price.
--Order Canceled after 24 hours: 90% of item's price.
--No Returns or exchanges after 30 days of Receipt of items.
--Returns from Production Companies: 80% of the item's price.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases with Bowling Concepts LLC.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has
on file for you). Incorrect information will cause your credit card to be declined.
Your credit card will be charged upon
order placement.
You can also place an order with a personal check or money order.
Proceed to the checkout stand to see instructions on how to
place an order with a personal check, or money order. We must receive payment before your order will be processed.
Print Catalog
In order to bring you continually update bowling styles and the high cost of printing, Bowling Concepts LLC does not offer a print catalog. We would love for your to share the shirts and other items on our web site, therefore please feel free to print our pages or email them via the email a friend on each product page.

(ii) THE DOWNLOADING OF ANY SOFTWARE OWNED OR OPERATED BY ANY
THIRD-PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
Each user shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining
all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed
for access to and use of the Service, and users shall be responsible
for all charges related thereto.
